Student Life is an important part of the experience at St. Dominic School. We strive to provide a wide variety of opportunities for our students so that they may discover and grow their own personal gifts.
Fostering compassion and empathy between peers is an integral to what we do. As such, beginning with the 2017-18 school year, all classes at St. Dominic began holding weekly class meetings, often referred to as “Class Family Time.” This is an open forum for students to express concerns, hurts, or simply share what’s on their mind. Through these conversations, students are able to productively address grievances, make amends, and practice compassion and empathy for their classmates.
